1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• All drivers must be at least 21 years of age (higher age limits may apply for specific high-performance or premium models like certain BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz vehicles).

• Drivers must hold a valid, full driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

• International hirers must provide a valid passport and, if applicable, an International Driving Permit (IDP).

• We reserve the right to perform license checks and refuse rental based on driving convictions or history.

2. Bookings, Pricing, and Payments

• Specific Vehicle Policy: While we make every effort to provide the exact model selected (e.g., Audi Q7, BMW 5 Series), bookings are subject to availability. If the exact vehicle is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded premium vehicle will be provided.

• Pricing: All rental rates, security deposits, and optional extras are displayed on our Site. Prices are subject to change before a booking is confirmed.

• Payment & Deposit: A valid credit or debit card in the main driver's name is required. A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your card at pickup and released upon the safe return of the vehicle.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be given for "No Shows" or early returns.

4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions The vehicle must not be used:

• By any person not listed as an authorized driver on the rental agreement.

• For racing, pace-making, track days, off-roading, or driving tuition.

• For commercial passenger transport, hire, or reward.

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of traffic regulations.

• Sub-let, sold, or modified in any way.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

5. Insurance, Accidents, and Damage

• Comprehensive insurance is included in the rental price, subject to an excess fee.

• The hirer is responsible for the insurance excess amount in the event of any damage, theft, or third-party claim.

• You must report any accident, theft, or damage to us immediately (within 2 hours) and cooperate fully with insurance investigations and police reports.

• Damage caused by negligence (e.g., misfueling, interior damage, tyre damage from curbs) is not covered by insurance and will be charged in full to the hirer.

6. Fines, Tolls, and Traffic Violations

• The hirer is fully liable for all parking fines, speeding tickets, congestion charges, and traffic penalties incurred during the rental period.

• An administration fee may be applied by us for processing traffic fines on behalf of the hirer.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rental Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the hire of the vehicle or use of this Site.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
